Guadalajara

Located in the centre of the Iberian Peninsula and very close to Madrid. Its monuments are a reflection of the different cultures that have passed through its lands, such as the Alcázar Real, its convents, San Ginés Parish Church, Infantado Palace and the Pantheon of the Countess, among others. The city is one of the cities with the greenest areas in the national territory of Spain. The region of La Alcarria is the protagonist of the novel by a Nobel Prize winner in Literature, Camilo Jose Cela.
